Well. It's over. She's not crawling in the traditional sense, but...she's able to consistently make forward progress. In addition to the previous methods (stomach-pivot-and-roll, rock-and-fling-forward, occasional commando crawl), Morgen now does what I like to call the inch-worm. She rocks back and forth, and when she's so far forward that she can't maintain the angle at which she's leaning, she drops to her tummy and moves her arms forward to the new, forward position.
This morning, she actually crawled for a "step" or two but didn't seem to realize it. This morning was a big morning - she repeatedly put cheerios into her mouth - at least five times. Hooray!!! She also ate the food that I made and froze, so that was cool.
