First step!!

Morgen has been standing more and more and longer and longer, and today she actually took a step! It only happened once, but it was pretty neat.

Morgen has also been lifting her arms repeatedly until someone says "touchdown!" So funny.

For the next few days, we're in an interesting situation. We closed on the house that we sold last week (Wednesday) and were able to rent back from the Buyers through Friday midday. That should have been fine, as we were planning to close on the new house and move in that morning. Sadly, hurricane Ike impacted folks who were responsible for the final closing documents. So, Jeff and I are homeless until early next week. We're staying in a friend of my Mom's second home or a few days - such generousity! We're trying to treat it like a mini vacation so that we don't feel quite so displaced. :) Off to watch a movie on TV!! (We don't have a TV at home, so we're overindulging once Morgen goes to bed. Tee hee!)
